CSEP is excited to announce its upcoming speaker event with Lord Richard Layard in collaboration with the Marshall Society. Lord Layard is a Labour Party having sat in the House of Lords for over 20 years.

A pioneer of the economics of happiness and wellbeing, the Baron Layard's work is centred on improving people's quality of life, having also had a history of working on education and labour economics.

He is also the founder director of the LSE's Centre for Economic Performance, which is one of the world's most prestigious economic research institutes.

We will be interviewing Lord Layard, followed by a Q&A and we look forward to seeing you there!
